Sports 4 Wellbeing is a fantastic way to get active whilst socialising, making friends & having fun. We work together as a team to build confidence and self-esteem.

Share your experiences of mental health and wellbeing with the aim to empower and support other women to make positive changes to their lifestyle and health. We offer opportunities to talk to each other, make new friends and take part in a variety of arts and crafts activities.

Take part in a range of different activities, all whilst making new friends and reducing stress, isolation and loneliness.

This 12-week course is open to adults affected by depression, low mood, stress or anxiety. It offers the opportunity for confidential support, contact with others in a similar situation and the opportunity to explore positive ways of coping with anxiety and depression. Topics are usually chosen by participants and can range from panic attacks to mood food and relaxation.

Safe, no pressure environment to discuss personal experiences of mental health and the stigma involved, whilst meeting your cultural, religious and language needs.

Swim 4 Wellbeing focuses on relaxing the mind whilst exercising. This low impact activity is great for people with health conditions, injuries or disabilities.

Our Dementia Wellbeing Support offers mental health and emotional wellbeing to those living with Dementia, their carers and their families. Provision of one to one support and in groups in a variety of community languages Urdu, Punjabi, Bangla and Swahili. Join us in our social activities, that will keep you engaged, relaxed and supported. Free and open to all living with Dementia, carers and their families.
