Our Dementia Wellbeing Support offers mental health and emotional wellbeing to those living with Dementia, their carers and their families. Provision of one to one support and in groups in a variety of community languages Urdu, Punjabi, Bangla and Swahili. Join us in our social activities, that will keep you engaged, relaxed and supported. Free and open to all living with Dementia, carers and their families.
