Listening Lounge

What is the Listening Lounge?
The Listening Lounge provides a safe, welcoming and therapeutic environment to support individuals who are experiencing emotional distress or crisis. Our specialist Listening Lounge team are there to provide immediate, confidential support and ongoing care through referrals to other mental health support services. There is no-need to book a session, just turn up and receive help.
The staff at the Listening Lounge were incredible. They gave me a safe space to break down, to cry, to express my anger, and to simply be heard without judgement. Their support wasn’t just comforting – it was life-changing.

They taught me that healing is a journey, and it’s okay to take it one step at a time. Without their support, I wouldn’t be standing here today, stronger and more hopeful that I ever thought possible.
