Our Self-Help Courses offer a supportive environment to guide you towards tackling these issues. You set the goals and we will help support you to meet them as we journey along together.
Wellbeing Support Café
Wellbeing Support Café helps you to understand your thoughts, emotions and behaviors through a series of CBT-based approaches and techniques.

Anxiety & Depression Support Group
This group offers confidential support, as well as the opportunity to engage with others in a similar situation. We explore positive ways to cope with anxiety and depression with various topics ranging from sleep, panic attacks, mood, motivation and relaxation.

Cooking For Wellbeing Middleton
A fantastic opportunity to learn new cooking skills and gain confidence in the kitchen. This course is delivered in the kitchens of our Middleton Wellbeing Centre & café or at The Growth Project and costs just £2 per session (6 sessions) to cover the costs of ingredients.

Our creative sessions are an opportunity to explore your emotions and wellbeing through a variety of different mediums.
You don’t need to be an expert painter – or a craft master! As long as you have a passion for creativity and a willingness to participate, artists of all levels are welcome.

Women’s/Men’s Wellbeing Groups
Creating a safe space for women and men to get support for their mental health.
We understand some women and men who struggle with their mental health due to experiencing trauma such as abuse, or for identity and religious reasons would prefer to attend a group that is women or men only.
