Stress Awareness Day 2022
We kicked off Stress Awareness Day early this year, with lots going on at our Wellbeing Centre in Rochdale on Tuesday 1st November.
We welcomed all our visitors into the building with balloons, refreshments, biscuits and cakes, with all donations going directly towards funding vital mental health and emotional wellbeing services to Rochdale and the surrounding areas.
This theme carried on over to our Wellbeing Café over at Nye Bevan House, Rochdale, where we put up balloons and offered fresh fruit and refreshments alongside our wonderful café menu.
All other sessions scheduled to take part today have been slightly amended to include a stress theme, and featured their own ways to raise awareness that didn’t disrupt their usual settings or purpose.
Worried you missed out? Well don’t be!
